Great tour company and App

I have done a number of tours through Viator most booked through the app, and one I did need to speak to someone so booked over the phone.
I have always found the tours extremely well thought out and the guides extremely professional. Its often the way that a grumbling passenger is handled that can make or break a trip.
The app is great and gives you all the information also with the ability to read other travellers reviews.
Viator are my first stop shop when Im looking for a tour for my next adventure.
