Our guide, Douce, was the best we ever had. It seemed like our every request was filled with a smile. We were a few minutes late getting to the bus which had pulled out and the owner radioed him to pull over and wait for us. He took us to meet the bus and all went well. His knowledge of the area was excellent. If St Maarten is on your agenda, ask for Douce.

Use them for every vacation for great activities to do when I get to my destination.

I have used Viator about 10 times in 4 countries and have loved each adventure! When I visit a country that is new to me I always check Viator!

Ive used this app several times. Absolutely love it! It gives you so many options for things to do in any city that you would not normally know about. Tour guides are great and so is the customer service.

Best ipone app ever!

So far viator has not led me astray. Tours in Amsterdam, Venice, and Budapest have all been outstanding! My only word of caution is to expect what you pay for. If you book a super cheap tour with food, expect the food to not be so high quality. If you book a super cheap tour in general, expect to advertising involved for other things. If you go with the proper mindset you will get more than your moneys worth!

I highly recommend using Viator to book tours. Downloading the app is worth having. You can see your bookings and plan while youre on your trip. I booked an entire trip to Israel; on a day to day basis and they were very helpful. I shall continue to use them for further bookings. Not to mention; they have a great price range :)

But it did not complete the update. I love Viator, but am not able to use it. I tried to delete from my iPad, but it just lingers there saying its installing. I have an ipad2. Is that the problem?

Viator has changed the way I travel. Love the site, the prices are always fair, and their cancellation/change policies and customer service is fantastic.

Searching and booking a tour, on the app was great. Easy to navigate and everything is clear. Cant wait, for the tour.

Great app, making vacation activity easy!

I love the tour guides with this agency. Always interesting and fun. When you consider the expenses and stress of renting a car and driving unknown territory you would be crazy not to take Viator. The tours are always reasonable you can just sit back and relax and enjoy the scenery and have a tour guide with a great personality giving you all the information in a very fun way. If Ive had to cancel or change a reservation and get a hold of customer service immediately and they always get back to me promptly. Always courteous always professional and always very reasonable. They are my number one tour guide in every country. And Ive never been disappointed. Only one minus makes me give it four stars instead of five..no Wi-Fi.

Viator has yet to steer me wrong!
