Great app to navigate

I had purchased a private car for sightseeing in Montego Bay, Jamaica. I want to give a big shout out to Leon Campbell. He took me all around Montego Bay and then for lunch. He took really good care of me, as I needed to again need his services later to see a doctor for an injury. He waited for me while I was seen and took me back to my hotel, this happened in the evening. He was there for me as the Jamaican people I found out are truly genuine people. Stacey

Fun and easy

I like this app. Its awesome!

My son and I went for a day trip to Boston-totally enjoyed the hop on-hop off trolley and the harbor cruise!!! Visiting Quincy Market was divine!!! Our only regret... we dint make it a weekend excursion but next year, we will know better!!!

Anyone who rates the TOUR OPERATOR on here is not rating the correct service. Viator is awesome, and they are simply the selling platform. They host the thousands of individual people and companies from around the world in each destination, that run their tours, they dont RUN the tours. That being said, I think theyre up and coming and now that TripAdvisor owns them, they will be unstoppable. They are only getting better and better. I love the app. Its very cool looking and once you get the hang of how to use it, its very simple to use. Not to mention they have so much to offer. Your one stop shop for tours anywhere in the world. I will always use this company.

Love using this app to help pick sites to visit when I travel. Not had any problems and I have the trip pretty much planned and on budget. Has all the sites I want to see.

This is the only app I use to book my tours. Viator is great and I have not had a bad experience yet. I only found out about it since being in Korea but intend to use it for all my world travels.

My first time using Viator was easy as 1-2-3. I booked 90% of my Jamaican activities through though Viator. No problems what so ever. I think its even better than "Trip Advisor." Viator specializes in activities mainly. No matter where your going. Anytime I travel this will be the first app I turn to for activities.

I booked a tour in Jamaica and the tour bus never picked me up. I followed the instruction on the voucher by calling the local number to confirm the pickup time but I couldnt get through. I had to make international call back to the US and I was out on hold for over 20 minutes before I was told that the bus came an hour before the time stated on the voucher but no one called me to tell me that the bus came early or they just lied about the pickup after they forgot to pick me. The staff from the US base couldnt even send me a new voucher. Its ridiculous to waste my time and additional money for international call. Worst travel company that I experienced during my past 20 yrs of traveling around the world.

This App made everything so much easier. Im hoping my experience with Big Bus is the same or better.

very easy to use

Viator was fabulous on the Kauai to Oahu tour to experience Pearl Harbor. Would just like to say that the company that actually facilitated this tour Royal Hawaiian Limousine LLC has a driver/tour guide named John that is fabulous!! He is native to Oahu and kept us entertained the whole time but....they have a customer service rep by the name of David that is rude and obnoxious. The tour was everything I expected it to be and more thanks to John!!! I do not plan to be in a situation that I ever have to speak to David again!
