Excellent app, very easy to use and very helpful! Detailed descriptions of tours including reviews make it easy to choose the best tour for me and my husband. Prices are much better than the excursions offered on cruise ships!

I have done a number of tours through Viator most booked through the app, and one I did need to speak to someone so booked over the phone. I have always found the tours extremely well thought out and the guides extremely professional. Its often the way that a grumbling passenger is handled that can make or break a trip. The app is great and gives you all the information also with the ability to read other travellers reviews. Viator are my first stop shop when Im looking for a tour for my next adventure.

11/25/16 Have reached out twice inquiring on status and no response or update. -- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT WILL NOT STAND UP FOR ITS CUSTOMERS -- 11/02/16 While we thought there was value in using Viator to purchase excursions in advance - we are still, months later, looking for a refund for an excursion that was not available when we arrived. When we check in, we get generic delay responses. Months now so we had to dispute through the credit card company. Huge PIA. Buyer beware.

We used viator for two tours in Rome over the summer. Both tours were very well organized. We saw a lot and learnt a lot! The guides were very knowledgeable and friendly! About to use them again for our trip to London! Highly recommend this company!

I love Viator. I have used their services in Europe, Canada, Costa Rica and Brazil and I never had any issues. The drivers and guides are always very friendly and knowledgeable.

Made plans to visit Paris during a London trip this week & decided on the Viator day trip. We had a wonderful, jam packed experience, thanks to Pasqualina, who was warm, knowledgeable & very sweet. The only glitch, is that they have eliminated gate numbers at St Pancras, so Viators website should state to meet in front of a shop! Luckily, we asked an employee, who pointed us in the right direction. Eurostar accommodations were great. Clean & efficient. Max, in a Mercedes bus, took us thru the city & we got to see lots of Paris before boarding a river boat for a lovely trip on the Seine-so many buildings of importance to see! We then enjoyed a yummy 2 course champagne lunch INSIDE the Eiffel Tower before busing to the Louvre area for entrance or shopping. Bussed back to the train station where we purchased cheese & wine to go along with our baguette & had a nice snack on board before arriving back to London by 9pm Perfect day. Highly recommend
